    I'm located in the Arndale.

Last night when I come out of the office seeing that wheel lit up just made manchester that little more amazing
  • You both sound really lovely - I hope it goes well this weekend.
    Printworks is a good idea.

    Some other ideas:

Last time I stayed in Manchester we went to a bar in the Northern Quarter called Apotheca which was really cool. Fab cocktails and trendy without being full of d*ckh**ds - had some nice sofas and cocktails served in teacups. Next door is a pizza place called Dough which was good as well.

One of my favourite places to eat is La Vina on Deansgate - lovely tapas and a bit more of a romantic feel.

How about going to the Comedy Store? I think they have a couple of shows on a Friday and Saturday - you can see who is playing online.

The Night and Day Cafe is a good choice if she is into music - again you'll have to check online to see who is on.

If when you escort her back to her hotel she asks you to come up - then yes she is hoping you will stay IMHO
