  • My order was cancelled - they claimed it was a pricing error...My local T did have space on the shelf but no stock but was priced at £3.49. They still claimed it was an error....grrrr....

  • SEL now showing as £3.49 in my local so OOS will keep trying though.

SEL in my store this morning still showing £3.49 and lots of boxes of fish (48 pouches) so they could've substituted my order. If it's of any use to anyone I took a pic of the SEL

  • When people are ringing up/emailing to complain, what are you actually saying?

I want to email them as I ordered 10 boxes and ended up with nothing but I want to make sure I pitch it right.
Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.
  • Shelf fully stocked up in my local, still showing £13.99 on SEL but still scanning @ £3.49.

    Shelf not so full now;)

Perhaps you could say when contacting them that people are still buying tat the £3.49 price so its unfair to stop online shoppers when the stores still have them on their shelves for that price.

Charley123 would u mind pming me wot store this was please or wot area of the uk.

Spoke to CS again today he was quoting from a memo they'd received and stated that as per T&Cs they have the right to removeany product from sale and cancel any orders as a result of pricing errors. He also said that any member of staff found to be issuing vouchers/giftcards as a result of this error would be subject to disciplinary action:eek:

I am wondering the same, I am feeling like the only way we will have a leg to stand on is if we can prove it was a clearance type price reduction rather than a pricing error. I'm not quite sure how to do this though. Anyone got any other ideas?

That sounds grim, don't want to get anyone in trouble. Maybe it's better to speak directly to head office than CS if this is the case?
