It's a tescos !!!! up gone wrong. They don't wanna honour it. So they lie their way out of it. Substitute some people and only refund Others or cancel. Typical tescos. Onto the next..

Well, rung HO again as no bloody phone call again! Different manager finally called back and said shopping cost £62, but they will refund £45 and delivery charge. Also, if i want to order in bulk again, call the store to ensure they have them (!) Should only really be allowed to roder 6 bla bla, but also, she said they are still scanning at £3.49 and they had one left in store but the promotion finishes today...I'm not going all that way for just one, happy enough for 6 x 48 for £14 ish. Store was Bra**ey St*ke btw.

Oh and apparantly they will go to £10 tomorrow.

the 342 on the 12 pouches ends tomorrow, but the 48 box ends when they run out of stock

I just wanted to say a big thanks to lunachick for the heads up. I had tried Rutherglen, Shettleston and Silverburn but no luck. So I'm just back from Maryhill where I managed to get the last 3 boxes. Shelf saying £13.99 but scanning at £3.49. That'll keep my mogs happy for quite a while! Thanks again.

Currently waiting on my delivery. No idea what I'll get but I haven't had a call from Tesco about it. If I accept delivery at the wrong price will CS refund me?

The Personal Shoppers will always try and choose a suitable alternative when your chosen item isn't available. Unfortunatly, quantity isn't always taken into accoount. The substitution made is based on a like for like item, I sincerly apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
Furthermore, to help with any future Grocery orders you can leave additional notes for the Personal Shoppers. To do this you need to:
•Whilst placing your order, please click ‘View Full Basket’. Here you’ll be able to select your substitution preference and specify that you’d like your personal shopper to look for a particular item instead. This enables our in store staff to cater to your individual requirements.

Well I did leave a long note for the shopper when I ordered to say I wanted the replacements to be of the same quantity as ordered - but I didn't mind which make - have replied to that effect - but makes you wonder what is the point of adding a note at all?

Someone had just cleared the shelf at Se@croft but i found one right on the top shelf with the extra stock . My little kitty will be very pleased.
