Yes I know it often costs them more when they substitute - but that is their policy.

I often think they just say thngs are unavailable as it saves them the expense of the substitutes -and how can we argue?

I ordered baby bath the other day and only had part substituted - but there must have been some in store - even ordinary stuff.

Anyone seen these around Bradfor/ Skipton area? I ordered some online and delivery time came and went, oh sorry, there was nothing in your basket?! So it's cost them £20 appology voucher instead of devlivering the £16 order

I received a phonecall from CS a few mins ago. They apologised for the mistake gave me all the rubbish about it being a pricing error. I told her I actually only really placed the order because of the cat food and had no mention of it on my receipt. I ordered a few other bits (about £20 worth) and said I wouldn't have bothered but I wouldn't mind being cheeky and asking for a refund on my delivery at least. With the discount (£10 off when £50 was spent) and savings anyway my extra items have only ended up costing me £3.50 so I don't mind really. I never expected to get them so figured it would be a bonus if I did :) Refund on the delivery was honoroured (she was probably grateful to get off so lightly). But It was worth a try and I'm not really that bothered.
Pleased some of you managed to get the cat food (and of course I'm jealous lol but not sour).
    Hugs

If you take a look online now it states SAVE £3.99 Was £13.99 Now £10.00 valid from tomorrow (14/9/2011) until 11/10/2011

If Tesco's are anything to go by, it may be worth a look in T's early in the morning to see if there are any stock and if the £3.49 sticker is still showing ... trip to the scanner, and if they scan at £10, time to stock up (making sure CS desk is open first). Little tip: take a snapshot of the SEL in front of the cat food, when I found the tuna chunks at £3.49 and they scanned at £6.99, when the CS assistant went to the tuna, someone had come along and taken the SEL away and replaced it with the correct one!!!!

I got a raincheck voucher so I guess as long as they get restocked and its not discontinued I will be able to use it. We have a garage full of cat food already for the rehoming centre for Christmas

For Glasgow people - just been back to Maryhill and still loads of stock there - market produce - SEL £13.99 but still scanning at £3.49. Only picked up another one for our moggie as got one on Sunday which is still unopened and we don't have anywhere to store more!

I'm still having no luck, I should get you to post it down to me :rotfl::rotfl:
