Well had four of my five boxes honoured - they have refnded me for the other one but I have emailed to say order was placed in good faith and that as they had honoured part of my order I expect more than the £3.49 refund - can't say it'll get me anywhere but worth a try.
For those who missed keep an eye on Amazon as I have had some good bargains with catfood there form time to time - think about 48 pouches for just over £7.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -

ordered 15 boxes this morning, cancelled an hour ago. Phoned to complain been given £25 in e-vouchers. Not a bad days work.

just got a call from a blacked number it was Tesco. and they said that they will offer me £10 ecoupon off my next order from dot.com. I said i wont be shopping online again with you, so that coupon is useless. they said the store is going to call me in the morning:mad::A click the THANK YOU button if you think i have helped :A0
