I ordered 8 x 48 and when my delivery came today they had 4 x 48 and subbed 16 x 12 Whiskas Market Produce dishes in jelly so i'm really pleased with that

I ordered 13 boxes. 6 boxes worth of subs came, but the computer wasn't worknig apparantly so I didn't get a proper delivery note. Have rung CS, they where meant to call back, but didn't, so called again. Lovely chap named Patrick rung the store then rung me back, said the store manager would be in touch, I explained my worries, he noted it all and contacted manager again, called me back and said I'll definately get a call sorting it all out...hmm, will wait and see..

damn damn damn, went to look at my order (after checking out...says its not avail, and tried to substitute with 12xwhiskas packs, should i just get it delivered and hope for the best or cancel the order knowing it wont be in the order???

Just had a phonecall from t cust services regarding my order for tomorrow - it's now been taken off of online and instore sale..... Game over folks!! I acted all innocent and said "well, yes it did seem very cheap, but I wondered if maybe it was a clearance or something?" and he said the info had been being spread by word of mouth about the price mistake and has caused huge problems - naughty msers!!!! :P

How can they say it was a price mistake, when some of us had SELS in our stores saying it was £3.49??? I think they're trying to get out of substituting :mad:



Wish I'd taken a pic of the SEL they wouldnt be able to use the excuse then
