    Thanks Soot.
I didn't get 5x48 but was substituted with boxes of 12 - various flavours - but still 48 pouches short - will ring in a minute as hubby waiting a call.
I know they will refund £3.49 but I'd rather the pouches!! So will try for that.

PS - can't believe all these people being told there are no substitutions available - there must be piles of pouches of the same size in store - even if a different make.

Just ordered 6 (thought 10 would be a little excessive for my one little cat!) boxes so will see what happens.

Didn't order anything else with them incase they don't substiture.

So true. I got 5 boxes of 44 felix in my order.

They can give other sizes of whiskers, gourmet, kitekat, sheba, T just nature, Tesco premium.. there are loads.

    Definitely no excuses!

PS, they have just become unavailable online for me..

  • I only just saw this:( I can add boxes to my onoine shopping list, but when I check out they're not on my list.

Just been online to check my tesco site and the boxes of 48 are showig as unavailable now - there'll probably be a nationwide shortage of Whiskers after this!!

  • My order arrived, no 48's, only 12's.
    Er, I don't think so.
I clearly said substitutes....so if I had ordered 2 dozen free range eggs would they have substituted it with 6 eggs and expected me to pay the same price?

  • Just checked my order, it is still there as it was, but if i click on the products ordered, it says not available :/ eep hope it comes I *really* need that food. Guess I will have to keep my fingers crossed for a substitution, I wrote them a list of things my cat won't eat if they have to substitute, I wonder if that will help of hinder my case :/
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead

  • got my order had ordered a lot of pet food including 14 boxes of this but they had subbed for the fish 48 ones x 6 boxes and 8 x 12 pk boxes. Refused the 12 pk boxes but then later noticed they had charged £39.11 for the 6 that I'd kept, should have been £21 ish so phoned CS and was told that all they could do was send me out an e-voucherfor £20.
happy enough cause need to do a family shop soon what I'm not too happy with is the e-mail sent with the e-voucher states it's compensation if that's the case I want my £20 back also but don't think that's what'll happen LOL!
