Met my first TROUT today, when I went they had boxes on shelf but no SEL so i asked if she would check the price, when it came up at £3.49 she said thats not right for that box, but I said it was.
As I was walking away she called over a supervisor and kept saying the price was wrong. I walked back over and told them to check the website :rotfl:, the supervisor was lovely and said the price they scan at is the price you pay.
Got the last 3 boxes I dont have a cat but i have some friends who are really struggling at the minute. They were so happy when I took them round :T.
Big Thanks OP0 -
just recieved my home delivery order. all substitutions , but all still whiskas, a combination of all , including Senior, but thats ok. 1 pack of 48 Fishermans choice, the rest boxes of 12.
it says 'price matched' on the reciept in the column that says 'unit price' & says 'total price match refund £90.77'.
the delivery guy said that they charge you the full amount then refund the difference, anyone know if that is the case? i'll be really annoyed if i go overdrawn!
now to try & find a place to store them in my pokey little flat, i was thinking the loft but theres an environmental health guy dealing with the wasps nest thats in there as i type so will have to put up with them until the wasps have gone!'there goes an old transexual, last seen heading south,
her friends call her Bernie but her real name is Ralph'

None in any of my local-ishes, I did notice a delivery person grabbing lot's of the fishx48 at B*adl*y S**ke and I had a snealy peak at the computer and someone had ordered 8, so at least they where getting substituted. My delivery is due between 2 and 4 so just waiting to see what comes now, I hope they have substituted or I will cry, already had such a rubbish day.0

Just got my order, I ordered 15 x boxes of 48 (so 60 boxes of 12 pouches)
but instead got 34 boxes of 12, a mix of everything so am happy.
I still got charged the full amount £40.85 (used £15 off) so rang up and the first SA said they had ran out of all cat food. He then relaised what he had said and rang the store again, this time being told that the refund has already been made so will have to order again. When I asked what the refund was he said £20.43!!! So all in all I have got 408 pouches for £20.42 delivered so I work it out as 5p per pouch!
I would order again but I got another 9 boxes of 48 from the store yesterday morning. That's my two cats sorted for a year or two, just need some biscuits now, running out of IAMS since the last TESCO price match fun!
Thank OP0
