on a better note just had mine delivered and im very happy.

it was a young lad delivering and must have though i was crazy,

Just read my recipt and pet food was also on 3 for 2 and that saved me £17.45 woohoo

I've already checked my bank and the correct amount (overleaf) has been taken not the £78.50 it says.

I was meant to get 624, and they sent 426 (still charged the price of 624 though.. :cool: ) I rang customer service and they are going to refund the price of 4 boxes (192)

so angry, could have been at shop this morning as they restock shelves at night, but I had 10 cases for delivery today, was not happy when they did not put any on my order saying there's no substitute!
i only paid for home delivery because of the cat food so was a big waste of time and money :mad:

I got 4 boxes but of the fish. They did pricematch though.

Sounds like everyone is getting subs but Mr T's are price matching and going through at the price, great stuff

Just received the refund email.. they are refunding £55.96 back onto my card.

Instead of refunding Whiskers at £3.49
The man has refunded Felix at £13.99 each!! :j :j :j :j

Sooo I have 426 pouches, 2 blockes of cheese, 5 packs of special K for..

-£17 something!!

Just wanted to say hello - I have been lurking on here for a few years but felt I had to join today to say such a big thank you especially for this one what a bargain - I ordered 10 boxes - they arrived today but only 3 x 48 were delivered the rest were subsituted with various difference ones but I was still 144 pouches short if they are meant to subsitute properly they had - and even though still a massive bargain I phoned up and complained - they have refunded me £3.50 back into my bank account and sent an £15.00 e voucher to use on my next delivery... So works out for £19.90 I have received 28 boxes of 12 - which works out about 71 pence per box of 12.... Amazing big thank you...

My account also shows the order as picked!
