I had ordered ten boxes and my delivery has just been with no cat food whatsoever! Not one measley sodding substitution.

I am so disappointed:(

I just got my home del order and they subbed my Whiskas for the 12 box. However they I orderd 3x48 box and only got 6x12 box instead. SO i called up CS and the person I spoke to wouldnt listen to anything I was telling him and was extremely rude! I pointed out that I was getting LESS catfood for the same price and that I should have been given the same amount for the same price. He still could not comprehend this and asked how much I thought I was being overcharged by so I told him the amount and he said: oh if you insist you have been overcharged by this I will refund it. I told him I would rather the product and if I walked into store in 5 minutes they would not have any stock in? He said he could transfer me over to the store to check if they had stock, so I said OK and he said hold on and then the phone went dead!:mad:
So, I called back again and the guy I spoke to understood clearly what the problem was and said he would order them for delivery first thing tomorrow morning. I mean, how hard is it for some people to comprehend a simple numerical difference?
So, if you have been given less and charged the same amount call up CS and complain and tell them you want the equivalent amount.
