I can't see where you mean "above the credit cards but under bank accounts"?
Any chance of a pic please so I can look out for it
Thankyou.0 -

Thank you for this. So you meant the part at the very bottom underneath your accounts? Because I have no credit cards, then all I have is bank accounts, that confused me.
Here is an image of mine (bank accounts at top are missing as page was too big lol) and you'll see what I mean (maybe I have no offers section?)

Ive never had an offers section maybe i am still too new (only been with them since July).Dr_Cuckoo3 wrote: »The offers section comes and goes
are there any offers via Halifax internet banking ?
Nothing in Halifax except an advert for internet banking.
I did notice halifax doesn't let me upgrade my account but BOS does? For instance when I click upgrade in BOS I see other accounts to compare but in halifax there is a message saying
'Sorry, but we can't offer you this product right now. Please call us on 08457 203 040 if you'd like to speak to someone about this'
Maybe I have the cpd marker at halifax, but not at bos? or is that not possible, i mean if you have it with one would it travel across all banks or are they still unique in credit scoring ways?0 -

Do you have a Halifax current account ?, it is not possible to upgrade a Bank of Scotland current account using Halifax internet banking and vice versa
Bank of Scotland do not appear to take into account existing Halifax product holdings anymore , hence I was offered a guaranteed BOS Credit card when the existence of a Halifax credit card would have prevented this in the pastHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. No I don't, I only have BOS Reward and a BOS Classic. But I do have several Halifax savings accounts.Dr_Cuckoo3 wrote: »Do you have a Halifax current account ?, it is not possible to upgrade a Bank of Scotland current account using Halifax internet banking and vice versa
So would I need to apply for a Halifax account then?
So would that mean I could apply for a Halifax Reward being mine is with BOS?Dr_Cuckoo3 wrote: »Bank of Scotland do not appear to take into account existing Halifax product holdings anymore , hence I was offered a guaranteed BOS Credit card when the existence of a Halifax credit card would have prevented this in the past0 -
sscott - thanks for this.
I have reported the post as it shows your account number on the credit card so hopefully someone will remove the photo if you're not online.
