Hi
I am having such a problem with making ANY contact whatsoever with THE ASTON EXPERIENCE - this is a company who rent out aston martins for the day experiences.
In december I saw a deal on GROUPON for this company (the aston experience) who rent aston martins + i thought it would make a perfect present. Unfortunately I missed booking this as it was only a daily deal, so I contacted the MD directly on email. He responded + offered me a deal via email, to which I booked - paying via email giving him my card details (not cheap@ £235). Everything was ok, he sent me a nice presentation card etc.
However when I came to book the experience I could not make contact - i have tried the number on the website + left numerous messages, I have emailed the MD on the same email address about 8 times, I have tried to tweet on their twitter account...I just do not know what to do. I am worried I now wont get my money back ... CAN ANYONE PLS HELP?

*slaps foreheed*
Your bank would decline you a chargeback if you told them that - I'm sorry, but your comment about stupidity is wrong...
Now...the offer the MD gave, did he send you all the codes like a groupon deal, or did he simply match the price and you are an equivalent gift vocher customer? I take it you've rung the 0845 number?0 -
I am simply asking for abit of help ...these comments do not really help that much! Pls be constructive...0

Visidigi is being constructive. You may not want to answer the questions raised, but without full circumstances people can't offer accurate advice.
I'll add another question, can you give a timescale. How long after the groupon deal dud you arrange your own deal and what has happened in the intervening months?0 -
Hi thanks for adding the last bit on, i didnt seem to get that before..just the bit about my comment being wrong!
He didnt give me a voucher code but said he had quote "worked with my insurance company and engineered another short term voucher deal offering a big discount"
He then gave a set of terms, dates, what the offer included, when the offer could be used etc.
Then wrote quote"Payment can be made with any credit or debit card with the exception of American Express. You can purchase by emailing your card details to this secure server (long card number, expiry date and security code on back) or call 0845 9000 007 and quote Groupon Replacement Offer."
Yes i have rang the 0845 number
When i made contact with him to try to get the deal, it was a few days after the groupon deal expired!
My voucher / offer has now ran out as we have been trying to make contact for the last 6-8 weeks.
APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE - THANKS FOR YOUR REPLIES !0 -
