Hi, Found it. This is part of what he E-Mailed. It was in deleted?? Make sure delete the pending documents that is stuck here's how

If you have Windows 7, XP or Vista

    1. click start- type cmd in the start search and in the top right click cmd then
    select run as administrator.
    2. Click continue if vista asks you do you want to continue the command prompt
will open which is a black window.
    3. Type net stop spooler inside the command prompt then hit enter it will will
    tell you spooler has stopped.
    4. type spool inside the run box the click ok spool folder will open.
    5. go to double click printers folder.
    6. Delete all files inside the printers folder another way of deleting files
also is to press ctrl a in the keyboard then shift delete in the keyboard.

    7. Type net start spooler inside the command prompt then hit enter
it will will tell you spooler has started.

These are the errors that you might encounter when you are stopping ,starting
the spooler or deleting the pending documents.

*Access Denied: you did not click run as admin when you open the command prompt.

*There's a Dependencies: type sc config spooler depend= rpcss start= auto in the
command prompt and start the spooler again.

Check for virus protection, firewalls and other security software that might
block them. Examples of security software are Mcafee,Norton,Comodo,Trend
Micro,Kaspersky and many more. for configuring them please contact your
    security software manufacturer.

After configuring the virus protection restart the computer then try to print
    again.
If still not printing go back to the first step then uninstall and reinstall.

    2 kinds of uninstallation
(Please always disconnect the USB cable before performing uninstall)

    a. you can uninstall using the disc. put the disc in wait for it to begin the
auto play then click the second question mark sign or support then choose
    uninstall.

    B. you can uninstall using Lexmark folder in start-all programs-Lexmark
    series-uninstall or start-all programs-Lexmark series-tools-uninstall

    7. After the uninstallation restart the computer then install again the Lexmark
software using the disc or using the downloaded driver from the web site.

I would suggest that you completely remove the printer drivers on your computer.
Just to set expectation, the steps I have included would also guide you to
delete the printer's driver from the Print Server of the Print Spooler. Please
run the printer's uninstall application by following the steps on the link
    below.

:(:(:(Hi, I was a tad presumptious.
Same thing again. Looks like a chat again tomorrow to Lexmark' Tried to print an e-mail and it went to spooler, but wouldn,t print.
Printer just kept trying repeatedly to print until I cancelled all docs which again left said doc pending. Couldn,t restart pc because doc pending stopped it shutting down. This happened with daughters tickets.
Resulted in me turning pc off with on/off button and booting via black/white," start as normal", which then the printer just coughed the doc out before fully booted up.
Still a glitch. Just may have that pint, got a couple cans Guinness in fridge.:(:(:(

When it is working again, and if you don't mind going to programme files, copy the lexmark folder somewhere else.

Then if it stops printing, open each folder and see what they show for number of files, as one may be deleting itself.

Not ideal but at least you know it can work

Just booted up today, and it,s ok????????
    BUT this has happened before.;;
I only ever use 1 print command at a time, never give it several tasks.
Even when I did because first wouldnt print, I told it to print again, which resulted in 2 files pending.
Could always cancel 2nd 3rd etc, but never first,
To do that entailed cancelling ALL docs, then rebooting, but because the pending doc was already commissioned, it stopped restart pc, always had to shut via on/off button and start using b/w "as Normal", then doc was deleted from printer, or as now, just printed said doc off.
You lost me in the first part about start/docs,program files;;; can you clarify it a bit.Do you mean files in lex from start,search,/ or in the printing files i,ve asked to printer to execute??
Just had my morning walk , 10 miles so not quite with it.
PS, Not too keen on doing as Lex istructed in that e-mail to delete files by turning spooler on/off-after the aggro we had to turn it on???

Hi, Like I said , been here before, 3rd attempt failed, so reverted to re-booting via on/off button to complete the task.
At least I can print in a round about way:::
Don,t like shutting down too many times with ON/OFF button. The Page that comes up when I try restart from start, gives
"Cannot restart e-Power-DMC is stopping restart.
Press RED button te restart which you may lose data not saved.
Pressing RED tries to shut down but doesn,t do it, so use ON/OFF
Got my doc printed on reboot again
