Well we now in the last month of 2011, I can't quite believe how fast this year is going.
I have not been up to much, still not ebayed but the great news is I did get round to selling the car:D just at the right time as both the car tax and insurance was due this month to in essence has saved us lots of money.
We have not brought a new car yet we in no rush, mite even do us some good for a couple of weeks.

I started my mortgage free mission in august 2011 and so far we have over payed £2335!! I am so proud of what we have done and cant believe I didn't star sooner.

In Aug the mortgage was £158,000 and now £155,000 in just 4 months.

I have got most things I need for DS2 bday & the big day, just need to sord OH but will do that on line.

Saw DS1 in his first ever nativity yestuarday, he was great. DS2 fell asleep, which was a blessing as I had visions of him having one of this paddies

    Will update again soon

Things are going well for us at the moment, long may it continue.
I seem to be getting the hang of this budgeting. I make lots of lists and they helps loads, I know what I need to do/get.

My Dad also said he will put some money toward Christmas dinner to help us out, which is great as this is the only big expense I have left this month ( apart from trip to London)

Ds2 has his 3rd birthday on Saturday, we have promised him a trip on the train to London. I have no clue what to do when we get to London, thinking poss the natural history museum or science museum. Anyone been to any that they would recommend?

Walking loads as we don't have a car at the moment, it is a shock to the system not been with with out a car for 12 years.

I have been researching a few idea last night I got from newgirly (thanks) Oh asked what I was doing, I said I was going to give my self £100 in January and try to turn that in to lots more £££££££££, to my shock he was really into the idea and having competition between us and see who can make the most money from our £100. Really excited about this as both Oh and I are very competitive. We shall see how we get on.

Should get our morgage statment though this month, I AM SOO EXCITED ABOUT GETTING IT.
