I was doing so so well with my nsd up until 10mins ago when ds1 woke up scared again. I ordered him a night light but I ordered the whole shopping in my basket from am**on as well. I had been adding to it every now and again for ds1and ds2 for christmas, on a plus not they are almost finished ( a very sad life I live I know). I did always plan on buying them just sooner than first thought. So my NSD has ended with a £58 spend.

Lovely day at a friends today, she made us lunch but we didn't make it to the park as the weather has been horrid. OH will be working overtime on Sunday and I will do the same Saturday (14hr day) so not much family time but it's better to take the work when it comes in as it's not always like that. Hoping to make a small overpayment this month, not sure about the amount yet but cant not, would really like to e as close to 145 as poss by the end of the year.

Hi all, excited to inform we now have a lovely new kitchen costing a fraction of what it should have cost :D:D I'm soooo pleased with it, I just can't stop looking at it :D

Feeling very organised at the moment father Christmas has almost finished his shopping:j just a few bits left to get. I know it's really early but I don't want to be worrying about it and how I'm going to pay for everything, much rather spread it out and get some bargins thanks to grabbit.

Off on a hen weekend this weekend already paid for it, just need money for drinks as food and accommodation paid for. Starting to get excited as this will be the first time I've been away without the boys, will miss them of courses my I really need the break.

I won't beable to make any over payments till new year due to all the spending that's going on. Christmas, oh birthday, ds2 birthday, hen weekend, wedding and betting back to normal after the big kitchen spend but feeling really possatives today. Cut food bill down to £55 for the last couple of weeks so will try to squeeze a bit even if it's just £20.

    October balance £147,986.75
    Overpayments so far £4,960.00

Hi ICTD! Great to hear from you. Your kitchen mess will be worth it in the end. I. Still looking with love at mine;)

Enjoying half term, love having my boys at home :D. We have been very good on the money front lately ( loosing my bank card really helped:p) no big spends lately and long may it continue but no overpayments

I have managed to pay off £500 this month from the credit card we used for kitchen stuff, payed my mum back the money I owed her (£500). Living on a tight budget is not to bad at the mo but with Christmas around the corner it's going tobe quite tricky. Most presents are brought using discount codes and grabbit. £73 I have from TCB which I will use for the other gifts. Ds2 birthday present is sorted just need to sord oh's birthday and money for days out/meals for birthday treats.

I will get ebaying at the weekend to try and get some exstra money in, don't really have much else left to sell.

Aim for rest of year - clear overspend from kitchen and get back in the black.

December challenge- overpay minimum of £300

Sounds a lot to me........ but with the £750 spent on Virgin you could have done even more :rotfl:.
