    Hiya

I was in savers today and they have two phones on the three network and they are both £4.99 each, one is a black flip phone and the other one is a silver one.

good deal I think, You do have to top up £15 every month to keep the phone going though, else think 3 cut you off

Very interesting thread, thanks. I'm thinking of buying, as Sally has, a Nokia 1112 on Virgin tariff.

afraid this can only be unlocked by Virgin at this time, no free codes or shop unlock for this one yet

  • I was hoping for a payg with camera find from someone - are there any good deals for these?
The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

    Hello,

If you are a telewest customer you can get PAYG mobile for £10 a month which includes 300 texts and 300 mins. If you have all 3 services you can get a nokia 1112 for just £2.95 postage charge. The 3 services are tv, phone and internet.:money: It is on the virgin network.

A word of caution, about the Phones4U offer on the Nokia 1112 with Virgin. This phone is locked to Virgin and at present there are NO codes to unlock it. Virgin will unlock it after you have spent £30 with them, apparently. The free airtime is not taken into account.
PS. Did this reply from my Outlook Express and didn't see that Browntoa had already mentioned the locking bit.

Taney - see my post No. 21 above. This has a direct link to the 1112 offer with Phones4U.

Look on EBAY (see post No. 8 on this thread by mh1923)
I just bought an unlocked Sony Ericsson T610 for just over £20 including postage, in super condition. This has all the goodies, including bluetooth, camera etc.

Any suggestions on where I can find the cheapest PAYG phone with tri-band, preffered network is Orange. My mum's off to the states later in the year and was very annoyed last year when she went to Canada and her phone did not work so is looking for a replacement.

    Cheers
