If there is one thing this site frequently reminds us - nobody is too stupid to use the internet!
You and me both. But the entertainment. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I haven't done a runner, just don't need to belittle people on an internet forum to make myself feel like a big girl SarEI. Thank you for anything you have all contributed, I shall go into work with my head held high tomorrow. If you had any clue what went on in my work place you would understand but any time I try and explain you come down on me like a tonne of bricks. I can see both sides, I can see that she may feel threatened by me, but I never told her I'd make her pay, never called her a piece of crap. I simply picked up the telephone and rang for help. And she is too stupid to use the internet, she comes from a strict family that does not have the internet at home, she is not allowed out, goes straight home, and if she doesn't thats another lie, the only place she can access it is at work and I doubt she's gonna waste her time looking on here as they check what websites you have used. Once again thank you for your opinions and I hope you never have to go through what I'm going through at work, though I'd doubt you would as you seem the type of person to mow someone down without actually listening.

OP all you are doing is making it look like you have a vendetta against this person, removing all your previous post's doesn't help. Just focus on the children like you have been doing and let management take care of the issues you have raised.
It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun
  • I removed all the posts because you lot simply see what you want to, no point trying to make people understand something they refuse to. There is a personality clash between myself and her and that's it. We have got along in the past, but she keeps doing this. I thought this forum was a nice place and have got nothing but help in the past. Unfortunatly I cannot delete myself on here, so I'll just not use this forum anymore.

OP we can only see what you write and even that information was limited. This forum is a place where people post and they get answer's back whether supporting or not supporting but to start being all defensive and angry that people are not on your side is not the way to be.

You yourself has said there is a personality clash with your co-worker and when issues like this come up at work managers stay neutral.

  • I undestand managers stay mutual, but if I saw and experienced her attitude and work I'd not want her representing my company. Oh well like I !!!! don't worry i'm not.

Really? You have called your colleague an awful lot of things including stupid on here behind her back - what did you think that was about? One thing that has shone thorugh in all your posts here and elsewhere is that you couldn't act like a big girl if you tried. This was clearly an immature playground incident between two people who both should have known better. You have made serious allegations against this colleague, and then claimed your management is too soft/incompetant to deal with her - yet not too long ago you were complaining about how harsh your employers were and wouldn't let you even book days off without a months notice. This doesn't jive with an employer who lets staff wonder in when they feel like it, does it?

Let's face it - you thought that you would get loads of sympathy, you didn't, so you just kept on winding up the story until you did. Every time someone told you what you didn't want to hear, you added a bit. If any employer in a nursery had someone in their employ who parents were complaining about and who put children at risk, it would be way past stupidity to keep that person in employment. Mind you, perhaps your employer is stupid - they fell for the dodgy meal line after all.
