OP it's not about taking side's, you asked a question with limited information and posters replied to that. Not everyone is going to see what you do as we are not there, therefore you shouldn't get annoyed that people are not giving you the answer you want to hear.

People are entitled to their own opinion and you got it positive or negative.

I hope this matter get's resolved soon.

Yes, I notice that the OP has done a runner taking all her posts with her! Perhaps she thought better of her opinion that her colleague is too stupid to use the internet? But she does seem, in addition to being able to up the ante in every post when people disgree with her, to be incredibly arrogant. She's very opinionated about her colleagues (and in fact her employers!) failings and stupidity _ I wonder what she thinks of people who say they are too sick to go to work when they are in fact going to an interview? Pot, kettle, black...?

If there is one thing this site frequently reminds us - nobody is too stupid to use the internet!

SarEl I have read what you wrote to OP and I asked her repeatedly to take on board what you were saying and she must have done as I too have noticed on the other thread she wrote about making excuses to go to the interview she has amened all her questions/responses.

I can honestly say if I had a response from you I would take a step back and think about what I have wrote, you come across to me as having a level head and can see things what others cannot.

I haven't done a runner, just don't need to belittle people on an internet forum to make myself feel like a big girl SarEI. Thank you for anything you have all contributed, I shall go into work with my head held high tomorrow. If you had any clue what went on in my work place you would understand but any time I try and explain you come down on me like a tonne of bricks. I can see both sides, I can see that she may feel threatened by me, but I never told her I'd make her pay, never called her a piece of crap. I simply picked up the telephone and rang for help. And she is too stupid to use the internet, she comes from a strict family that does not have the internet at home, she is not allowed out, goes straight home, and if she doesn't thats another lie, the only place she can access it is at work and I doubt she's gonna waste her time looking on here as they check what websites you have used. Once again thank you for your opinions and I hope you never have to go through what I'm going through at work, though I'd doubt you would as you seem the type of person to mow someone down without actually listening.

Come off it. If your head was held high, you would have left your opening post as it was. AFAICS, you are one gutless workplace bully and I think overll your colleague is dealing with you as well as they can in difficult circumstances.
