Threatened at work

This story is becoming more elaboate as it goes on. At what point did you decide that she would "bash your head in" - because in post #1 it was that "someone at work who told me if I ever look or talk to her again she'll make me regret it", which is a long way from "bashing your head in" or being in any immediate danger. In fact nearly everything here is about your opinion of her work and attitude, which, as I said before, isn't relevant. But if your opinion of her is so transparent at work, then it is hardly surprising that the two of you cannot get along. I am not making excuses for her behaviour if she did as you allege, but at the same time "I'm not playing with her any more" is not a mature or appropriate method of handling a grievance. And neither is bringing up all the things that you didn't complain about before, but decided to complain about now. As I said, if you have legitimate grievances then you make them as and when things happen, not store them up in case you want to really have a go. And you do not tell employers who they can and cannot employ. Your agenda is clear - you said it - you want her sacked. This isn't your choice.0

Simple!
Either she goes, or you do.
They are not going to sack her on what you say. If you refuse to work with her, then YOU go because you are the trouble maker.
I suggest you just ignore her.0 -

I have told my employer about her before and they do nothing. Thanks for not helping and making me feel even more like crap then I already do. I'm not a trouble maker I'm a hard worker who is sick of individuals getting away with things.
Don't misunderstand Inked!
I think most people would like to give that sort of person a good hiding themselves, but then that makes you one of those types too.
I think the general opinion just seems to be, that you just have to grin and bear it, and NOT seek revenge by causing trouble.
You will pay the price, not her.0 -

Sorry! I've just read this again.
You have complained about her before?
Sorry, but you ARE a troublemaker. No wonder she's threatened you.0 -
