It isn't an ideal environment for the children in your care. Children 'pick up on things' - and surely issues will arise where you will need to communicate..?0

She lashes out alot and this time she started to throw things around the room.
I repeat - this isn't an ideal environment (now with the added hostility) for children to be in. If things are that bad, it's a wonder that the kids aren't repeating stuff to their parents, who, most likely, would make complaints.0 -

Actually, I think OP you may have missed the point. I would personally bang both your heads together. You are both acting like immature brats, and by the time you have finished flinging grievances around against each other then it is likely that you may both be shown the door. It isn't your job or your business whether she is constantly late or has a poor attitude - that is the managers business to correct if they agree with you. And raking up past grievances which you didn't submit grievances about is simply trying to find enough ammunition to justify making a complaint about a spat.
Have you heard yourselves? "She did this and I looked at her and she told me...", and I would lay bets that her version consists of something similar.
Of course you can say that you won't work with her - you may leave anytime that you want. But start issuing threats to employers about who you will and won't work with, and there is every possibility that she will be the one working without you.
If you have legitimate grievances then the right thing to do is calmly and dispassionately, without threats of not working with her, bring them up at the time, and leave it to the employer to determine what to do about it.0
