I just received the following email from mutualpoints:

"Please note that our Technical team have investigated and confirmed that there was a bug. Hence, lot of charge backs. However, it has been fixed now and the rewards which were charged back would be reinstated back to your account within a week. If not, please send across the confirmation mail from the merchant as an attachment so that I can look in to the matter further."

Let's wait and see...

They took a load off me last week and I was absolutely devastated - nearly told them where to go. Luckily I'd just sent off for my first cheque for £20 They only took the Kelkoo from me, but I've had them back since.

MP used to be better, but still worth doing I suppose.

i doubt you made a purchase on cdwow for £525, as their points cashback is set at 1%. so this was obviously a mistaken points add on.

i know this because i had the same 525 points added for a £3.99 purchase and then taken away.

not sure why everyone is complaining about all these kelkoo points being charged back, as it's a free click anyway. we didn't purchase anything for these points.

all these sites that charge nothing for their services and give us money for free clicks and legitimate online purchases are doing us a favour. if they get a little technical bug now and again, so what? it's still free money at the end of the day.

I have tried doing these though and only search the internet ever used to work for me. I wonder if it is my anti virus software - had problems with things tracking through pigsback too. Anyone know what I should be turning off to make things track?

I emailed them the day i had my chargebacks and they said that in about a week i would get them back but i didnt. I am also due about another 300 points for various other things that i have not been credited with but i must wait 60 days to claim it. Now Pricerunner doesnt seem to be working for me tonight so i have only earned 8 points what a bummer. Is anyone else having problems with pricerunner or is it just me?
