    I just logged in to see if anyone else was having the same problems as me ... interestingly, two of my three Kelkoo cashbacks have just been reversed. I also had this happen earlier in the week with Mypix (although they were reversed a few minutes later).

    How long does it normally take for Search the Internet etc to show up? I have used these links heaps but don't seem to have too many points yet. I have emailed Mutualpoints and they just say that they are 'pending'.

    I think when I get to the 3000 (I am 2100) I will just cancel my membership.

    I have had loads of chargebacks over the last few days. Im angry as if these had not been taken away i would have been on 3000 points now and also there is no reason why they have been taken back. It says go to my account for more details but this just tells you which points have been taken back. I emailed the customer services saying that i had done exactly what i was told to in order to gain the points and why had they been taken away and they said that they would be added back to my account within a week.

    Its annoying but im also glad to hear that other people are having this problem as i thought it was just me doing something wrong. Suppose i cant grumble too much since at the end of it i will be £20 better off just for doing a few clicks a day:D

    I cant find carsource anymore - so thats 3 points a day that have gone as well.

    Hang on, found it again - i had been using the search facility each day to find it, and its not working that way anymore, but when i scrolled through the pages, it came up - what a kuffufal!!!

    its still there on mine on the 3rd page of quick rewards. But i have just redeemed my first 3000 points and i had a balance of 3003 before it but now i have a balance of 0 points. I dont know whats going on with mutalpoints at the moment seems to be having a few problems:mad:

    I've had a load more Kelkoo chargebacks today and am really angry to see that they've also removed my 525 points for a recent CDWOW purchase. :mad:
    Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

    The same happened to me. I ordered via alibris and received 525 points. They charged it back the minute they awarded it.
    Yesterday I received for the same transaction 88 points and again, they charged it back. Plus loads of kelkoo points have been taken off me. :mad:
    I wonder if they have to pay out too much.

    I raised a support ticket about my CDWOW chargeback and got this response:

    "Kindly note that if the merchant that you have transacted with reverses the transaction for any reason (This can be non payment or returned goods) the rewards will be automatically deducted from your account. If this is not the case, kindly note that the rewards should be reinstated within a weeks time.

    If this does not happen, please send across the confirmation of the approval of the transaction or the proof of delivery of goods next week and I will investigate into the matter for you."


    How the hell am I supposed to provide proof of delivery? :mad:
