ive had lots of kelkoo taken off today but havent had them recredited and ive just noticed on there that searchtheinternet has gone down to only 1 search a day now instead of 2

I had seven Kelkoo chargeback notifications yesterday too. :mad:

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but Carsource offer a single daily search for 3 points too.

Same here, seem to be taking out Kelkoo searches, have emailed them and apprently the "technical team " are looking into it...
They dont reward that much, so may be i will be going to someone else from now on...
its a shame, i have been with them sice when they were mypoints... in 2001.

I've had several chargebacks today too. They are now saying they will "donate" 1000 points to my account as a "gesture of goodwill". What a joke! They are just putting back the 1000 points that disappeared from my account. :rolleyes:

ive had loads of chargebacks for kelkoo too but i still continue to use mutualpoints because i think they are great i always seem to get my shopping cashback declined through quidco i shop on littlewoods a lot so i use mutualpoints ive never had anything declined and small points go on the following large points get credited after exactly 30 days

something weird is definately going on with them at the moment.
i had about 2 weeks worth of kelkoo taken off, my last HMV transaction worth 49 points taken off, and then 2 HMV transactions for 525 points EACH added on as pending, and also a CDWow transaction worth 525 points added as pending.

i expect those biggies to dissapear soon.....

to add insult to injury, after not receiving any points for the last two months i now find that today i have got 5 chargebacks from kelkoo.
