I haven't had any emails from mutualpoints for about a week now, used to guarantee between 5 & 15 points a day from emails.

Anyone else missing their mails??

They're not going there, I have them setup as an approved sender, so, always go to my inbox, still getting my reward emails

im still getting mail from them even though half of the reward mails dont seem to be for any points like they normally are...im also not getting pricerunner tracking at the moment is anyone else having the same witrh pricerunner...

I went through a stage of not getting any emails, so i checked that all the boxes were still ticked, and then emailed them. I never got a response, but the emails started again, and i havnt really had a problem since then.

Can anyone advise me please. I get the PriceRuner points when I use the PC at work, but for some reason now, I do not get them when I use the home PC. I have not changed/added anything, so does anyone have any advice or suggestions?

I have problems with firefox and pricerunner,download i.e tab extensions for firefox and it will work fine.
or use internet explorer

i just logged on to find just about everything not rewarded ,, including every one of the dailys ! carp .. looks like they are never going to pay me

and everything is saying 'NOT REWARDED'
does anyone know if this is permanent?
