Is anyone else having problems getting credited with the full 5 Pricerunner rewards? For a couple of days now I've only been credited for 3 searches even though I have done all 5.

Mine have been coming through ok!!!!

Does anyone know how long you have to wait to claim betfair points? Got the reward email so went to cash them in but they say 'pending'??

    According to mutualpoints:
Rewards will be added to your holding when we receive notification from this merchant at which time we will notify you by email. This usually takes from 1 to 60 days, and in rare cases longer than that.
So you don't need to CLAIM the points - once it's showing as "pending" you know that it has tracked OK so the points should be added automatically assuming that all applicable conditions are met. You will then be able to cash in your points (assuming, of course you have reached the 3,000 points mark in total).

after over 2 months of sending emails back and forth, today i received an email informing me that mutual points were no longer willing to investigate search engine missing points, because of their small value.
so i now find that i have been using kelkoo for over 2 months with no points rewarded and i have been robbed of over 300 points.

i for one will not be using them again

I updated my account with Mutual Points and when I clicked on update, 1000 points of mine were suddenly lost. I have emailed for over a month and they won't correct it.

Also, I have signed up for a lot of offers and haven't received all the points yet. Unless they give me back the 1000 points and the points for the O2 sim cards and other offers, I won't be using them again either.

If you are having the same problems, here's some email addresses I have been emailing their head office:

    Siri Andersen: siri.andersen@tmnmedia.com

    Peter Coveney: peter.coveney@tmnplc.com

    Mutual Points Support: support@themutual.net

    Another Mutual Points Support: support@mutualpoints.com

Maybe if enough of us complain that it is happening, then they will do something about it.

Well you think thats all bad... I just found this e-mail received from them! I didn't know wether to laugh or cry lol
Thank you for using Kelkoo through MutualPoints.com. We are sorry to inform that 5 points previously rewarded for this transaction have been removed from your MutualPoints account. Points are removed if orders are cancelled, items are returned or transactions have not been completed successfully.

Erm... Usually I am waiting half a year for them to actually credit the points for searches (and I dont even do them every day or anything, in fact about 3 times a week!)

I also wondered how 5 points for using a search engine could be removed due to a 'cancelled order/returned item/unsucessfully completed item'. :rotfl:

Are they making it up as they go along or something!? :rotfl:
