I joined mutual points several years ago but didn't bother with it soon after... after signing up to this site I re-started it... I've got 2,900 so nearly at the £20 mark.
I'm wondering if it would be better to not ask for the cheque and carrying on as it's quicker to get more points after this stage (I think)... but I am getting bored with them.
I sold lots of stuff on ebay & amazon and didn't realise I could have gone through mutual points! but I have now found that I can go through nectar when buying on Amazon which works out a better deal.

I'm not sure I want to continue with mutual points... especially after this bug keeps taking stuff off then re-added again... my amazon points have been removed 4 times and re-added 4 times... it's getting a bit rediculous now!

How long does it take doing the 'free' stuff on this site... Ideally I would like to wait until I got £40 or £50 quid but if I'm bored now then maybe I should just take the £20 and run?

I've built up points worth £135 in 12 months - mainly on daily clicks, magazine offer subscriptions etc. I've always received the cheque quickly in the past too when I've redeemed my points.

Chargeback recieved yesterday -281 Mobykade (Cancellation)

Not been cancelled, email sent:

Could somebody actually furnish one with an actual reason for ths
latest chargeback.

-281 Mobikade reason Cancellation.

This has not been cancelled, and continue to recieve both media & billing.
My account now stands at -221 points, can you confirm the payout I requested will still be sent, or whether this concocted cancellation means the request will be cancelled.

I've had this happen loads of times.. they have a bug at the moment. It will get put back on in a couple of days... I've not had any missed so far. Just keep an eye on it.
I complained once as it was for 565 points and they said they are having a problem with this at the moment... but I got 6 points from Amazon which has been taken off 6 times but re-added 8 times... so a tiny tiny 'profit'... wish that happened on the 565 point one!!

Do Amazon points only get added when they charge your card? I placed an order last week which hasn't been shipped yet, but nothing is pending in my account. I'm worried it hasn't tracked.

I find that I always have to chase up points for Amazon, so have stopped using Mutual and go via Nectar now.

Ahem, methinks they don't want to admit their system is somewhat flawed. Email sent:

Good morning MP,

You don't seem to realise this is to do with a glitch in
your system. They are credited and retracted continuosly, I think
most members are used to this regular event.

As this is a glitch, you will be aware that Mobykade has indeed
not cancelled these points, unless they are doing this to save money
and gain custom via deception.

Would you be so kind as to answer my question in my original mail.

Also, and whilst I am in communication with you, could you also confirm
why the 1500 points for signing up to Betdirect via rewardmail, and signing up to Ladbrokes
on the site, have not been credited.

If you are able to confirm that Mobykade has cancelled my account, even though i've
just recieved media of them, I will be happy to forward the sign up e-mail.

I managed to request a cashout in between the reversal of points so now my points total is negative!! LOL
