I updated my account with Mutual Points and when I clicked on update, 1000 points of mine were suddenly lost. I have emailed for over a month and they won't correct it.

Also, I have signed up for a lot of offers and haven't received all the points yet. Unless they give me back the 1000 points and the points for the O2 sim cards and other offers, I won't be using them again either.

Maybe if enough of us complain that it is happening, then they will do something about it.

If you email those people above, they should hopefully get the chargebacks under control. They keep telling me that no one else is having these problems.

Points for Diino (45points) Keep being added then taken away again and none of the daily clicks being credited!:eek:

I have mailed but will be even more persistant now i know there is a problem thats obviously with Them and not my system!!!

Yip snap - its soooooo annoying! You have had 2 more retractions for me though and yours is for a greatdeal more points!
I was hoping to have managed to collect 4000 for my holiday which doesnt look like its going to happen now as the daily clicks arent being credited either! You really would think they would be able to see there was some kind of problem wouldnt u???

I kept having the same problem with one of the offers i completed. I kept being credited with 285 points and then it kept being taken away. It finally did get credited and not take away. I also have not recieved points for the daily clicks for about 4 days and also for signing up for comuteach so i have just kept a record and will contact them after 45 days as if you contact them before they just say wait for the 45 days and contact us. They are usually very good with giving you the points so i think we will all get them (especially since alot of people seem to be having the same problem)
