I will add my name to the now growing list of people who haven't had any points for Kelkoo/Searchtheinternet/pricerunner searches since last week. I am loathed to carry on with the daily searches and then find days/weeks later it was a waste of time. I have had 2 chq's so far for £20. Cashing in points is straight forward but why do they stop and start giving points. I have an account and so does my wife - which I do her searches for her.

Grrr. Don't know whether to give it a rest for a few weeks or carry on and keep my fingers crossed !!

I have just received my second 25 pounds cheque from this company, and have found no problems accruing points.

    Hi All
i havent recvd any since last wed...
as somone said they all get added at once...this is not ture.
this has happened before and they just got "lost"...
has anyone else noticed that the 5 searches youre allowed thro price runner NEVER get added. the most they add are 3 searches.
I have sent a letter complaing but didnt get any response whatsoever....

  • I've been with them for nearly a year now and have received £100. I find cheques always arrive quickly and clear with no problems. They have started to go downhill a bit recently, what with taking away the 5 searches per day and limiting the other searches to 5 points. When I joined, they were all 9 points each, then 8, and now 5. They are a bit slow sometimes with crediting points but I normally find that they are all credited in one go. I don't really have any complaints; it's free money for doing very little.

Ive not had any points since last Wed, but i remember this happening a while back, and after about a week i got a load of points all added at once, so im not too worried at the moment.
Most days i do get all 5 of my pricerunners added, although sometimes it has been less, normally when ive had problems with what ive searched for.
It is a shame that they have removed the 5 daily searches, and that they have rdeuced the value of the dailies, but like others have said, its money for nothing so still worth doing.

I used to be with MutualPoints when they gave shares/points, took me an aaaaaage to get the minimum points and when I got my £20 or £25 it was a relief. Joined Quidco and some other cashback sites which are far better at both payment amounts and tracking than MP and I have never looked back!

  • I have used Mutualpoints for a while now and never really had any problem with them, always click through them before shopping(well sometimes use nectar e-stores aswell now) and usually get a couple of cheques a year, like it was said on here previously its free cash for hardly any effort. v.nice especially the one I usually get after the xmas shopping.
just signed up to sky through them and waiting for my points to be added (they are currently showing as pending) will be able to get £40 :D then which will be handy for my holiday shopping (most of which will be online too) so more points.:j
