Same has happened to me - lots of reward chargebacks from Searchtheinternet with reason given 'Points are removed if orders are cancelled, items are returned or transactions have not been completed successfully.' Yet on the MutualPoints site it simply states 'Visit and search to be rewarded.':mad:

I still seem to be missing some points too.

i have had the Search Int points clawed back too..
theres still no sign of the missing ones...
time to write to them AGAIN...
still awaiting a response from my letter dated 22/2/07!

Ive had the rewarded, then chargedback ones too, but ive still been credited with what i shouldve been, so dont mind, they have obviously had big problems!!!!
If you go to your account, you can check the rewards you have been credited with.

searchtheinternet has been increased to 4 a day now

searchtheinternet have now increased to 10 per day..nice to see some increases at last...its a nice quick easy site to click too as well

But have you received any points yet, I haven't had any from STI since the point re-started a couple of days ago

I got my 4 search the internet searchs yesterday, just waiting on todays so I can cash out!

ive been clearing out my cookies after each search but nothing is logging in my cookies for searchtheinternet so how can it be tracked so we get the points??

i keep my cookie folder open so i can see if each is tracking or not...
