I've had a modest amount of 5 point credits, but nowhere near how many should have been credited for the past week - in the past I have waited weeks and all the points have eventually arrived - now it seems that more and more points never get credited...

I have had email after email tonight from them giving me 5 points from 'search the internet' and then taking them away again.Is anybody else getting this ,? its certainally filling up my inbox tonight..

I got at least 20 now....all deleted...seems still coming....

I actually got a week's worth of points through today, so they are finally getting their act together. I've had a lot of trouble in the past getting replies to e-mails, and it's sometimes taken 5 weeks to get an answer. On another subject, yesterday my husband wanted to renew his car insurance with morethan. He'd got a quote from them without going through mutual points. When I pointed out I could get 3000 points if he went through them, he agreed to try this. Much to my disgust, the price of the quote had gone up by £20. Some bargain!!!

i think there must be a problem as i keep getting this today aswell, its driving me mad, and i havent received any points for anything else i have done...only search the internet taken off then put back on again...

Yep ,I too got all my lost points from last week and then ,had them taken away .DOH!!!

I have just raised a Ticket enquiring about my bouncing points .

I think ,we should all complain and then ,maybe they will take us seriously .

Same here - I have checked my account - the credits seem to relate to the past week or so (when people haven't been getting their points). The chargebacks relate to the first ten days or so in March - very strange...
