I think most MSE'rs would agree, Mutualpoints may be OK for "free clicks", but anyone who does enough online shopping to be able to cover the annual fee will be invariably better off with Quidco (especially for the bigger cashbacks, such as Sky, or if you are taking out insurances etc);)0 -
I'm having the same problem with Mutualpoints as everyone else seems to be. At first I thought it was just me, as I'm up to 2989 points (i.e. 11 points away from being able to redeem my 3000 points for £20), but now realise it's effecting everyone else too.
So it appears Mutualpoints are taking us for a bit of a ride here; we're busily clicking away on their links and they're not giving us back the rewards that they are getting from the affiliates, so I'm thinking - why don't we boycott Mutualpoints until they sort their act out, give us the points they owe us and start acting more like a public limited company?
Last week I submitted a query to their 'customer services' regarding non-receipt of my points and have had no response from them (nor any points). If you, like me, are feeling a little ripped off, please stop clicking on the quick rewards that are earning them money but not us right now, and e-mail them demanding they either give us a valid reason for not giving us our rewards or give them to us!0 -
But if you'd gone through Quidco, you could have had £55. Even when you take off the £5 annual admin fee, you'd still have been better off - and if you carry on using Quidco for the rest of your online shopping throughout the year, you'd be even better off.

Absolutely agree, but am I right in thinking that Mutual Points are the only cashback site with a link to Amazon now?0 -

Hi All
i havent recvd any since last wed...
as somone said they all get added at once...this is not ture.
this has happened before and they just got "lost"...
has anyone else noticed that the 5 searches youre allowed thro price runner NEVER get added. the most they add are 3 searches.
I have sent a letter complaing but didnt get any response whatsoever....

How about we qualify that by saying this is your take on matters.
As for me
1. This has happened before and all my points DID get added at once.
2. I have always had 5 searches for pricerunner credited ( i clear cookies after each search)
If it was just me not getting credited i'd worry but since its everybody else im going to continue clicking. It does after all say in the terms of the daily clicks it can take 1-60 days for them to be credited.0 -
mutual are starting to give the 5 points for kelkoo etc. again0
-
I don't seem to have been credited with anything since 13th although ones I've done today have been added. I'll keep an eye on it and if they don't appear then I'll complain.0

Yup, I got a days worth through today. I also received a mailing from them today in answer to what was going on - they didn't tell me what had happened, but that "as of now" the search clicks are tracking fine.
Also you can now use the searchtheinternet click twice a day - only 5 points extra, but still!0 -

I get similar results if I follow the same process as noobie73, it's a pain, but seems t work.
I also seem to be getting points again today, will keep fingers crossed.
Total of £175 claimed since September 2004, £30 since January this year :beer:0 -
Seems points are coming through again as of today. Got around 2 days worth all in one go this morning ! Still want to know where my missing points between last Thursday and Sunday are though !!!0
