I think this is a questionable little trick that mutual play all too often.

Every few weeks stop paying points for a few days, this together with reduced & retracted points it's money in the bank for 'em.

yes they have a bad habit of retracting points for no reason, ive just had to kick up a stink again about points being retracted for no reason but they tried to argue until i showed them proof that i was still a subscriber of the site so they have readded them...

im so sick of mutual lately...

Things seem to go well for a while then this happens.

I've had no points added since Wed. for pricerunner buy central and search the internet. Had this in Dec. when no points were added from 4th Dec. until way into Jan., regardless of the fact that I e-mailed them 6 times in all and got no replies. When they started adding the points again, I was about 500 down, and have never recovered them. I eventually got an e-mail saying they were going to credit my account with 75 points, but this didn't happen. Am also having terrible trouble to get through to pricerunner at present. My computer seems to seize up. Anybody any ideas, please?

I havn't had any points fro Kelkoo, Pricerunner or Search the Internet since last Wednesday:mad: I thought I would leave it for a week then email them yet again about missing points. They seem to do this more often that they used to do

I dont seem to be getting very far with mutual points so far, will stick with it for a bit longer...but im not getting any points for clicking on things for 5 points for example.

Me neither, but i'd continue clicking as this happened before and we got all the points in 1 go!
