thanks for that will keep badgering them until they sort it out. it just seems to be getting worse these days.
reducing the amount of point u earn for searches then removing the search feature.........bahhhhhh!!!!!!! lol

I too have received the extra 1200 points in view of above postings have decided to claim cheque, this will leave me with a balance of 50 points.
If that goes into a minus figure then I think its time to call it a day with MP.

I wonder if it might be worth sending them an e-mail about it. As the e-mail never stated it was a limited offer to 3000. Only an expiry date... Just a thought. It is money for nothing, but it is still annoying.

We have for several years been running two sites, themutual.net and MutualPoints.com, and they were almost identical except themutual.net rewarded in ‘units’ and MutualPoints rewarded in ‘points’. For administrative and technical reasons we have decided combine the two under MutualPoints.
Your experience should not change in the slightest and you should not notice any difference to the service. If you login to themutual.net you will now automatically be taken to MutualPoints.com.

The only difference is in the reward currency. Your units have been converted to points but retain exactly the same monetary value, in fact you have a slight advantage as you can now redeem your points when you get to £20 by value rather than waiting for £25.

The conversion value is exactly 4 units = 1 point so if you previously had 1,000 units in your account you will now have 250 points. PLEASE BE ASSURED the monetary value is exactly the same and you have not lost any value.

As a member of themutual.net you needed to collect 15,000 units to be able to redeem for £25. Now as a member of MutualPoints you only need 3,000 points to be able to redeem for £20.

they took gaurdian off of me aswell 38points it was so i emailed them and asked why and why does it say 112 points on the site so they asked me to forward my confirmation email from guardian which i didnt have but i emailed guardian and they sent reply saying i was a member and what date i subscribed so forwarded that and then had 112 points added as guardian...

i hope i dont have my points deducted for seat as im so close to getting a cheque...
