((((((JackieG))))))
Well the police and co have all packed up and left now. According to the news it was a search for a missing person (presumed dead) but they didn't appear to find anyone. They were here for well over 5 hours and it's only a small dock.
Change of plans for my day, some people cancelled on drinks so I decided not to go as I'm not really in the mood. My old schoolfriend is still here, and is a bit down as having man troubles so we all having a b!tch and girlie day.

I agree with NPM, RosyRed and others who have said that this is such a supportive little family here.
JackieG, I am sad that your sister's friends and family have had such an awful shock, and also thinking v much of your sister and her fam just now.
Candle lit here with light and gentle healing thoughts of all kinds to those who are suffering.
Haven't made soup yet but will soon and I've decided that the veggie curry is going to be quorn and a jar (which I hope is still in date). I usually enjoy all the chopping and preparing but can't be faffed.
I am not a Dr Who fan but have decided to watch it so I can be suitably scared. Does that make sense?

https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3451179I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
