Sorry it wasnt an hysterical post, its the way I write, and who said it started in 2007?
    but thanks,

well your write in a hysterical manner. And if your written complaints have been in a similar manner it could explain why you have not succeeded in a resolution yet. there is free help available though from CAB etc that can assist with letter writing and complaints, which from your post above may be a beneficial service for you.

you say its been going on for 7 years here, that would be 2005

Hi everyone, first time post on this site ,but do really need someones help...
I have been systamitically abused by EON over the last 7 years concerning the fraudelent way they forced a meter on my property, I have done everything in my power to sort it out but to no avail.

and here you say the final straw was in 2007

so they have taken that the issue with the meter has been on going since 2007

If his problem has already been dealt with by the Ombudsman there will be nothing that the Eon Reps can do to change the situation. They will have to stand by the Ombudsmans decision. It sounds like the op is unhappy with their decision.

But if the ombusman has not had all my facts, presented to him/her by me, then the ombudsman cannot make a decision?

that would be your responsibility if making a complaint to give them all the information you have so they can make a decision. A data protection request to eon from yourself would mean they have to give you all data held on you, for a fee of £10.

    YES

Ok sorry it has been going on since August 2004,when the meter was installed by someone who turned up unnanounced, at my property, from that day on, until 2007, then someone else turned up to change the meter again, because I proved it faulty, I asked for what was called a proper meter to which i was told they are dicontinued.

Why do you think it's faulty, and what do you mean by a proper meter?

you can make the request but not mention the fee. The amount is the maximum they can charge and it may be less, it may be nothing at all if you write nicely enough.
