Electricity fraud and abuse

Hi everyone, first time post on this site ,but do really need someones help...
I have been systamitically abused by EON over the last 7 years concerning the fraudelent way they forced a meter on my property, I have done everything in my power to sort it out but to no avail.
I even went as far as Energywatch who were a complete waste of time because they were only interested in setting up another organisation. I even went to the energy ombudsman because energywatch done a runner, and they are not to mch better.
I just hope someone is not taking kickbacks of the energy companies? I have 3 box folders of all the abuse and fraud that has been directed towArds me, and after another email today from there company, after me threating to go to the National Papers( which I am still going to do) they ignore all the facts of the fraud, and the abuse, the final straw was in 2007 when a bloke turned up unanounced at my property, to change the first meter that was fraudently calibrated wrong, when he finished he asked me to sign a sheet of paper to which I REPLIED THAT IS NOT MY NAME, TO WHICH THE METER INSTALLER SAID DONT WORRY I WILL CROSS IT OUT, i HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE, BUT CANT GET NOWHERE, DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE, BECAUSE A LOT MORE PEOPLE WILL BE GETTING THE SAME TREATMENT.
Any advice would be greatfully accepted, and know doubt someone from EON might see this and I dentify who I am but I dont care, i dont want other people to go through what I have suffered.
Kind regards
Turk

What kind of fraud, you keep saying fraud bt you dont elaborate.

What do you mean 'the fraudulent way they forced yu to have a meter.

    More details are required.

Please calm down because you are actually sounding paranoid. so explain properly

Give me the details Turk47 and i'll be happy to do my best.

I know E.on quite well. However I have a feeling I would need access to your account to help you, in which case one of the E.on reps here would need to help you as they can access your account.

Ok, now i am confused. You sau you have been going through this for 7 years but has been caused by a meter exchange 3 years ago?

You need to start with a breakdown with exactly what happened, when it happened and why.

You also need to say what energy watch and the ombudsman have said to you.

Why do you think the meter is fraudulant?

You say they forced a meter on you, but companies have a right to change a meter when they want as they own them, they are not your property.

Ok will try but you need to calm down and answer specific questions.

I have been systamitically abused by EON over the last 7 years concerning the fraudelent way they forced a meter on my property,

What were they doing? A meter change? A change to prepayment or what?

I have done everything in my power to sort it out but to no avail.
I even went as far as Energywatch who were a complete waste of time because they were only interested in setting up another organisation.

    Setting up who?

I even went to the energy ombudsman because energywatch done a runner, and they are not to mch better.

Energywatch were disbanded and taken over by consumer focus, I recall. That's not 'doin a runner'.Why did the various Regulatory bodies dismiss your claim? (keep it to facts)

they ignore all the facts of the fraud, and the abuse, the final straw was in 2007 when a bloke turned up unanounced at my property, to change the first meter that was fraudently calibrated wrong, when he finished he asked me to sign a sheet of paper to which I REPLIED THAT IS NOT MY NAME, TO WHICH THE METER INSTALLER SAID DONT WORRY I WILL CROSS IT OUT,

What is the fraud? (keep to facts)

It started in 2007 and the final straw was 2007? It is now 2011 and still unresolved? When did the Ombudsman adjudicate?

Meters can be running incorrectly. Did the meter change result in you owing them or them owing you, and how much?

Whose name was it? Why did you sign for something that was incorrect?

Try to keep it simple and avoid the hysterical tone of the original post, then people may be able to help, including the excellent EOn Rep here.

To rub salt into your, by now, smarting wounds, if you've been communicating with them the way that you have written your complaint in your post I am not that surprised that cooperation seems to have been a little lacking.

    Cheers

Does anyone else think the E.on hit squad may have struck since the OP has failed to return to what was quite clearly a distressing issue?!

I'm staying away from E.on if they're assassinating customers.
