So here I am, first day of not working. Officially I am still on holiday until end of next week.

I made a list of categories that I need to be doing while having this time off, so in no particular order:

    - Declutter books
    - Declutter other
    - Study
    - Do some animal work
    - Get a job
    - Improve IT skills (look into doing some certificates)
    - Meal planning - get cooking healty food
    - Sort out personal finances.

Question is, where do I start? I think I better start with the studying and see how much else I can manage to do while getting my studies up to date. I have sent already one job application today. But I really need to make better plan on how much time each day I should be allocating to each of these categories. But first, I really need a new cartridge for my printer (can't print stuff at work anymore) so off to google the best price.

Hi Marru how did the 2nd interview go in your home land? Sorry I have not asked before but Father has been in hospital as his cancer has returned so all very worrying just waiting to see what happens next?

He previously had bowel cancer but now he has it in the bladder?

    I truly am confused.

But hope you are ok and dd too, take care and stay positive.

Hi Budgie, it went well but they have reopened the position for new applications so I just need to wait. I am feeling blaaah!! Not doing anything I should be doing. Must get my act together and soon.

Sorry you are feeling blaaah, I kinda feeling the same way. I joined Facebook yesterday, (yes I know its a few years late). :o It is quite addictive, had the day off today to wait in for new sofa, haven't done half of what I should of. Hey Ho.

Well done on the interview and remember what is meant for you does not pass you by. Stay positive because that helps a great deal.

Think of this period as a chance to re-charge your batteries, try and eat healthy and rest etc, it is easy not to make the most of your time off by worrying but believe me that is not the answer.

You have been rushing around some much and depleting your energy try now to build it up again.

Sorry for the waffle but I'm sure you get my drift, hopefully. ;)

Take care and big hugs (())

I think I need to start a new diary. I am not Zen and I have done nothing in the whole year to become debt free.

However I have two interviews today so all is not lost.

I have had some rather anxious dreams lately. On recurring dream that I hadn't had for a long time is back. This is where I drive a car but from the back seat where the controls are and not in the front that they are normally. The view from the backseat of the road is not great and I can't see properly where I am going or if there are other cars that I should avoid. This is what dream dictionary says about it:

To dream that you are driving a vehicle signifies your life's journey and your path in life. The dream is telling of how you are moving and navigating through life. If you are driving and cannot see the road ahead of you, then it indicates that you do not know where you are headed in life and what you really want to do with yourself. You are lacking direction and goals.

Another dream I had lately was rather shocking as my hair came off in tufts. I was literally pulling my hair out. Here interpretation:

To dream that you are losing your hair denotes that you are concerned with the notion that you are getting older and losing your sex appeal and virility. You are preoccupied with aging and your appearance. Losing your hair also signifies a lack of strength; you do not have the power to succeed in an undertaking. You may be feeling weak and vulnerable.

ETA: the phone interview went really well, they want to meet me. It is very very positive. I need to go and check some flights...

    Morning Marru,

Perhaps a new diary to obtain focus would not be a bad idea? You certainly seem to be troubled on what is the best path for you. (I can totally relate to this).

Its very hard to know what to do for the best isn't it? Especially when you have the added pressure of bills etc.

Are you looking after yourself and eating well etc? This is very important as you need to nurture yourself during this time of upheaval and change.

I am at my happiest when I am into new age things, mbs fairs workshops etc.

My new boss is totally driven by as he puts it: "pound notes" I keep enforcing that I will not do anything unethical he replies by saying if he wanted to be ethical he would work for a charity!

I know I'm not in the right job for me and would far prefer to work in a role of helping people, for me the money is secondary I would happily work for minimum wage in something I enjoyed and felt like I was making a difference.

You recently went on your Angel course has that helped you or could you do something similar now to help you find guidance? (I realise that these things cost money and it may not be an option for you).

Or perhaps join an online group or something similar?

But most of all good luck with the interviews, I am sending a truck load of positive vibes over to you. :) You won't be able to miss it as it is painted in the colours of the rainbow. ;)

    Take Care Marru
