That is very interesting Budgie. I don't think it really matters that much what route we take, just that we fulfill the lessons we came here to learn. There are no mistakes, only mistake is for not learning from them.

If you want to read a fun book about speculating about the alternate universes then try book called "One" by Richard Bach. Facinating.

I need to get my first case study done, DD is being a pest and I am shattered. Anyway, really need to get started or I will never do any.

I hope this can get sorted out soon - surely the court is not going to keep making you and DD go through this again and again?

Woke up with a head ache (migraine), took a coctail of pills but they just made me feel woozy but didn't even touch the pain. BF is not here tonight to bully me to eat. But I am going to go and cook that piece of steak he left in the fridge for me.

My solicitor called me today (not the one that was in court with me) so I had a good briefing with him. I am going to make sure that all of what has been going on is going to be brought into attention to the panel in the next hearing. Also I am still considering starting a case to leave the country.

What I am going to do is to start pretending I am going to move, that means that the decluttering has to be notched up a gear or two. I am going to ask myself two questions about every single item in this house:

    - Would I take this with me if I was to move abroad?
    - Am I using this while I still live here?

And if the answer is no to both questions it is out, out, out!!!

But first I need to pass couple of exams. When am I going to study, I don't know.

Off now as it is time for Joanna Lumley's last episode of her Creek Odyssey (and I started a scarf for a friend and her birthday is tomorrow )

I have been reading about 8 levels of healing. More about these later but just to say that the first level is the physical level. So I better go and fry that steak...

    Thanks Budgie.

The steak had gone off so I shoved it in the bin. There was other food to cook and eat but childishly I just bunged it all in the freezer as to stop that to go off as well and didn't eat anything (except birthday cake).

Migraine still going strong and I am turning into a stroppy moo.

However I have nice weekend planned so hoping to be back to what ever normal is by Monday.

Hope you fried that steak Marru ;) Taking care of yourself is your number 1 priority along with DD.

As for Ex. Well you know my feelings about him and they're not repeatable in front of anyone with a delicate disposition.

i think "pretending" to move is a good idea, never know it might even turn into a reality ;) Given the amount to declutter I suggest little and often or you're going to get totally overwhelmed and that way maybe you could start doing some alongside your day to day living.
As for studying can you set yourself up with some sort of timetable, bit like making an appointment with yourself to commit to doing studying on X days. I know life gets in the way sometimes but the exams will roll around whether you're ready for them or not.

Sending you lots of positive vibes.....well for just everything :)

Cross posted.....I see you didn't eat steak. Hmmm not sure the birthday cake is quite the way to go but better than nothing I suppose and is at least home made with no nasty preservatives etc ;)

    And life wins :)

I have had truly lovely weekend. First on Saturday I woke up WITHOUT the head ache :j. We went to Finnish school where I had a natter and managed to finish the scarf I was knitting for present.

Drove with DD to see a fellow MSE'er and pick up big bag of clothes for me. Then drove to see friends where we used to live and to drop of bag of old DD's clothes for her girls. I think it was successfull round trip of recycling.

We stayed for the night, had a good muddy walk today with 3 little girls and two dogs. Had good chat about life, universe, the everything. My friend cooked fabulous pork roast dinner for lunch. And before heading back to the motorway we went to visit people we used to house sit for and they were so happy to see us. They were hugging both of us which was lovely.

I have been trying different way of motorway driving. I have driven 300 miles during this weekend and I set myself a challenge to keep the speed at a constant 70 miles per hour. So I was looking at the traffic ahead and traffic coming behind to be able to change lanes while keeping my speed. It was really good for my diesel consumption and also for my blood preassure. I would say that it was very much like "Zen behind the wheel". Now if I could also adapt this to the rest of my life: making the right moves at the right time while keeping the pace.

ETA: I think THIS song is appropriate today, enjoy

I had a good day at work but for some reason on the way home I got really grumpy. I think I know what the reason was. I was supposed to do my third case study tonight and all the doubts were swimming in my head. In the end I wasn't able to do it so I called it off. I am so cross with myself. I don't like messing people around, especially people that are ultimately helping me.

I think I am slipping back to that "lost in the middle" mentality.

Anyway, I was desperate enough to try make connection to my spritual guide. So I went to Youtube and put as search box "Connecting with spirit guides". Wow I didn't expect to get that many results. I did the one that has the stairs. The gift I received was an emerald ring (emerald symolisis healing) however I didn't get a message. I might try some of the others another time.
