Thanks Aesop, I might relist some of the stuff I have in there. Shouldn't take long.

I am back home safely. Except I got really peed off with the taxi driver that brought me home. No more black taxis for me, rip off  Well it will go to my expenses but I still managed to get 2 quid off the price.

Pretty pooped, croaky voice and a cough. Hoping to be fighting fit tomorrow. Lots to do. But for tonight it is chilling out for me. Unpacking and washing can wait...

nice to have you back. don't like black taxis for the reason they HAVE to charge more, not fair.

feel better soon - have a good rest.

Sending vibes to shoo the lurgy away.

Hope you like the cake tomorrow. Will you please give feedback on the taste of it, we tried a chocolate maderia recipe so hope it's OK :) I was going to send you pics of it via FB but I've had a hell of a day as H was knocked off his motorbike this morning and I've not had chance to load them on the computer.
See you in the morning :)

Oooh and it was tasty as well. I have broken my diet rules and had cake two days in the row

I have a new pipe dream. I have been reading book by Barbara Ann Brennan called Light Emerging. She is very inspiring healer and she has two healing schools, one in Austria and one in USA. Needless to say that I really would like to go there. However taking 5 weeks off from work and paying for the annual fee for four years is not possible at the moment. I shall keep my options open to see if I could do it as some point in the future.

She is saying that our spiritual being or energy body (or however you want to call it) is not in our physical body. Our physical body is in our energy body. That for me supports the idea that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Meaning that we are spiritual first and mostly.

I had a chat with a colleague about this and I found with him that he was very much wanting to live in the spiritual experience and escape his body. He hadn't quite found the balance. I think I go the other way, I get too involved with the drama that I forget who I really am.

Interestingly my DD was explaining me in the car this morning that her body can speak to her same as my body can speak to me and BF's body can speak to him. When I asked what did she mean she said that when she gets hungry her tummy tells her she is hungry - her tummy is rumbling. So even a 7 year old separates her physical being from her self (I and my body), I am so proud :D

ETA: for those who just want to dip into my diary and not read all my day to day stuff I always put a heading to the posts where I go more into discussion. I hope this helps.

    Hi Marru,

Glad the trip went ok, and well done to Bitsy on the most beautiful cake:T I am sure it was enjoyed by everyone especially your DD. :)

I do find your post most thought provoking in a very good way, its good to think out of the box, so to speak.

I guess I am like alot of people searching for the perfect me?

Pippi once posted a poem on the other thread, The Road Less Travelled, I often wonder if all roads lead to one and in the end our life path is mapped out for us.

Or on a more bizzare thought, if at the end of our lives do we get to see a film of our life and if all roads don't lead to one, then what would have happened if we had chosen the one less travelled?

It would be strange to see if had we made different decisions, how differently how life perhaps could have been?

Sorry for the ramblings, but its just your last post has made me think, and does anyone ever find their perfect self?

    Ok back to Corrie ;)

Take Care and I hope DD had a fabby birthday.

Cherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home :)
