Thanks Squidge, it's going well but I'm working all the hours god sends and am a bit tired

Early Sunday night update on my online banking - the £1.48 from the other cash back site came through so paid that to Santander too.

My rough guess is that I have about £481 owing on the Santander loan, aim is to clear this before the end of the year!

That's about £15 a day if you break it down into bite sized chunks ~ very doable me thinks ~ let battle commence

Realised I don't have to make the payment to Barclaycard this month as I've balance transferred the whole amount off the card - so paid the £80 I would normally pay to Barclaycard to Santander instead

Leaves me owing ~£401 to Santander, or £12.50 per day - even more doable!

Having a few beers tonight and a night off any extra work.

Did manage to pick up another job for £900 though - or £510 towards the debts (after tax & fees) as I like to look at it

£1.01 cash back came through and the remnants of the £200, so paid £114.41 to Santander loan :T

Now down to £9.57 per day to clear the Santander loan by the end of this year!

Looks to me as though you've already paid off 40% of the balance remaining on your s*ntander loan ~ that's pretty good going :T

You're doing so well. I've decided I'm going to work on my debts properly after Xmas. I think I can do little bits and pieces before then but the proper hardwork starts after Xmas

Picked yet another job up today :j

£600, or £340.20 after all deductions.

Also completed a job I've been working on for a while and invoiced the client for £200.

Hopeful he'll pay quickly (clients get upto 30 days to pay...).

Back to 3 jobs again (£950, £900 & £650) Total of £1417.50 after deductions, should keep me going to mid-late Jan :T

You're really breezing through! Your debts will be reduced long before Xmas 2012 if you keep going at it the way your going.

I need to get some extra jobs coming in from somewhere!

Client paid the invoice and I withdrew it today - should be in my account on Wednesday (£108 after all deductions).

Got a hangover today after a work thing last night and I just had takeaway.
