Yes, you are sounding a bit suspicious, Roberto. Luckily, if you are for real, it is a relatively easy task to have the "judgment" set aside. Need any help?

If you are for real, then it illustrates that the only way those crooks ever get a judgment is if it isn't defended.

One of the reasons we are a little suspicious is that most people who move have post re-directed....

But, as I say, if you are kosher, then help is at hand. That will be another one that will get stuffed up dear Peter's rear end.

I am 100% kosher as you put it, 100% telling the truth.

I have had all my post re-directed since i have moved but im hardly going to phone up UKCPS and tell them my new address am i?!

I never replied/phoned up/e-mailed or defended the fine therefore is this possible i have ended up with the CCJ against my name?

Any help to get this overturned would be a massive help.

UKCPS usually issue court claims through the online system via Northampton. Northampton County Court then should send you the paperwork. This should have been passed on to you via the redirection even if UKCPS quoted your old address. Not clear why you didn't get it.

I suggest you PM me with full details of the judgment and I will help you to get it set aside. It will then be necessary to defend it so that this time UKCPS will lose the case. We offer help with that too, and it's all free.

To be fair, if UKCPS latch on to the fact you've moved, it often does spur them on to take out a claim, thinking it will be an easy "victory" as the victim will never get the paperwork. They are so sad that they are prepared to lose the court fee doing that, even knowing they won't collect any money off it.

There is now a "Court Proceedings" letter up on the letter-chain thread. It's letter number 4 on the UKCPS list.

I do love their "Scales of Justice" logo. Anybody would think they are trying to pass themselves off as part of the courts system.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

You should indeed register and log in to check it's a real claim. MCOL is the online system for small claims and is nowt to do with the PPC as such.

I guess this is UKCPS and Peter 'Hasbeen' Haswell again due to the thread you have posted on. Best to have your own thread really and certainly on pepipoo post your own new topic. Unless you are Peter in which case you know what to do.

    OK, Willow.

Have sent you PM. Very surprised he is still doing this after the judge at Burnley County Court gave him his marching orders. Please scan the claim and send it to me via the e mail address I have provided. Please keep this off the public board for the time being as the slimebag watches it.

The Burnley case was less than 4 weeks ago. Yes, that was the debacle where he first sued the husband, only to have it kicked out because he wasn't the driver; then sued the wife, (who admitted driving) only to have it kicked out because it was an unlawful penalty. He obviously likes losing by the sound of it.

21? Blimey that is nearly two Premiership football teams. Yes he does get default judgments off people who have moved though of course that means no payment.

This man lives in a little world of his own. When the first of the disabled people that he sued for parking in a... ummm... disabled bay... sues him he will be immediately running at a loss....
