Just wanted to say, listening to the details of your run each morning has finally inspired me to go out running (after having the kit for a while now) for the first time today:j

went with OH for motivation and did much better than i expected, even though was part-run, part-walk.

will see how my legs feel tomorrow lol.

Well done in getting out in the gale. I am sure that would have blown the cobwebs away good and proper. Oh heck to the MIL wanting to go to eurodisney just then!!! I would suggest to her that Easter is early or late (whichever it is next year), and that the weather would be MUCH better and more reliable at summer holidays, or the second May Day week. That way if you HAVE to go, then at least you have a longer lead time!!!!

Or, do what I've done and say that you'd rather have a big holiday in Florida in a couple of years' time and see lots more things in guaranteed sunshine :)

Good thing I got back onto the running yesterday cos I've blatantly overslept this morning - will have to do some Wii Fit worthiness tonight to make slight amends. Hence weight crept up to 22-07 but it was an exceptionally theraputic bottle of wine....

You must have needed the sleep so put it down to part of a balanced fitness regime. :)

Sorry I misread your post re Disney - I thought it was Mrs B not her Mum wanting to go. Chev's idea is great and the sort of thing MILs might listen to!

Nothing controversial today - so far. In fact I thoroughly unsettled my colleagues by being charm personified and praising them fulsomely for every single suggestion they made. This about-turn was inspired by the discovery of the exact type of 4-in-1 biro that I nicked off the eductional psychologist some 32 years ago. It just appeared on my desk when I got in this morning. It must be a sign.
Another NSD for the collection as well. Happy days...
