Not sure whether to have a saintly Sunday (complete with 4.30am run) or extend my unwinding time another 24 hours. Think while my heart wants a break my head knows the longer I leave it the harder it gets and before I know it Monday will turn into Tuesday will turn into a week. But it is fantastic stepping off the hamster wheel for a bit....

Just woken up (and hence missed my run) and have weighed in at a Bloatastic 22-09 and 38.63 BMI. Not going to beat myself up over it (although that might help shift a few pounds) as I'm sure I'll have this weight thing back on track soon enough. DD has just asked me if I've seen the advert where the pig eats so many burgers he explodes. I think she's taking the mick.

Nice one about having a weekend off. Good way to destress from a very stressful week.
