Sorry Mr B, don't wish to interupt your thread but can't possibly let someone pay full price for the pedometer when the same thing is actually one third off at Boots right now.

But back to Mr B, I thoroughly enjoy reading about your journey, it is really inspirational and long may your determination continue.

Any chance of balance transfer to a 0% cc? FD has one for I think 16 or 17 months.

Well done on the running. I'm in awe.

Only managed 14 hours at work today - first time in ages i ain't seen my kids tonight - that hurt. anyways, a little sleep now and then up at 2am hopefully for a few more hours of ironcladding. The executioner comes at 10am and I should be finished with by 2pm, Whatever the outcome, its sure going to be good to get home tomorrow. I have a strong feeling that Friday will not be a alcoholfree day.

Good luck with Friday. I will think positive vibes during my day today (your night) so that you have a good level of vibes behind you when you get up:)

And well done on listening to your body too. There is no point in doing permanent damage to it. Maybe now is the time to stick at doing 3k, but start to try and do it faster?

All the best for tomorrow, it's a shame you didn't get to see the kids :( but remember the weekend's on its way and you will have lots of time with them.

No chance of a run this morning - still got the final pieces of the lost cause to put together. Weight is stable at 22-05 - just a tad over 38.00. No chance of comfort eating myself through this hellish week as spent all the bloody money paying down credit cards. Lunch and dinner yesterday comprised a stale 50p BLT from the garage. Fingers crossed the damage today is not fatal, otherwise Mr Bloater will have to be looking for a new job and that'll kinda scupper everything.
