The streets were alive to the sound of the Bloater chugging his way through a careful 3k run this morning - although fairly convinced that the chest pains were indigestion prior to starting the run, I thought it best to not overdo myself. At the 2k mark the pains suddenly stopped as a furious wind was unleashed. I couldn't help but feel a bit bad for the man in the !!!!!! bungalow as his windows (as well as his blinds) were open, and once the stink made its way into the building it would (I presume) have upset his viewing pleasure. Almost knocked over a callow unshaved student who was busy taking pictures of the bench outside the estate agents. At 4.20 am. Something fishy going on there. He was also wearing a jumper which added to his potential badness in my eyes, and so I increased my stride and trundled home to find I am now weighing in at a much better 22-08 with a BMI down to 38.47. It almost erases the pain of Brighton being beaten by our arch-rivals Crystal Palace at home last night. Today will be tough at work.
Better out than in. I'm just a teeny weany bit sad you weren't outside Barclaycard or Halifax!!!!!

Youve motivated me back to the gym young Mr B!--i dont think i will be getting up any earlier than normal though! i live and work in turkey so summer is still in full blaze so exercise in the street is really for the heart attack squad!-
-i havent been to the gym for 4 months because as you know all 'us' teachers have long holidays and they dont want to waste it in the gym. However, i have been on a eating/drinking marathon in those 4 months and it is weighing heavy! i have this terrible syndrome of loosing weight quickly and then once i hit my goal people say i look 'aged' and less 'handsome!--my BMi is in the overweight zone but like all middle aged men it settles around the midrift.mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0 -
Utterly numbed by the Wednesdayness of today coupled with the chili sauce that was heaped upon the kebab. Had our takeaway night a few days early. Have collected so much cardboard ready for the ebay vinyl marathon that my office resembles a homeless shelter. Am desperately waiting for payday (Saturday) so I can start flinging serious snowballls at the CC's.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

An unknown fact about teachers abroad--no work no pay!-i havent been paid since March and i own the business!-fortunately i save for the lean times and my teenage daughter's never ending needs.-tomorrow the double glazers start work on replacing 4 5metre french windows followed by the decorators who will strip back to brick every wall and then replaster and paint--all for the pricely sum of 3000 pounds.--i think i will live in the gym to avoid all the chaos.
Mr B can you identify what has actually raised all this debt that preys upon you?!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0 -

Another morning, another 4k run, and another result on the scales. Weight down again to 22-07, BMI at a jaunty 38.42. 5th consecutive day of weightloss which is a record. I know the purists will rail against it but I am far from being a purist and its forcing a wide smile on my usually surly face.
Added to the uniqueness of the Bloater running look by wearing a pair of bright blue thick woolen thermal socks (rolled down, obviously, I wouldn't wish to look like a freak) cos there was no other sockwear available without waking the family up.
Neighbourhood watch has little to report - !!!!!! bungalow was all in darkness, and the bags of rubbish that from a distance looked like they had body parts sticking out the top of them (strewn over the pavement by the bathroom shop/brothel/slavecamp) in fact, didn't. Not that I went scouring through them, although obviously I was dressed appropriately for a spot of binbag raiding.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

Mr B I've been following your antics since day one. I commend you dear Sir on your fantastic sense of humour and the way you are facing your weight loss and the debts. The highlight of my morning is being able to read your neighbourhood watch report.
Keep it up, I also have loads to loose but I am going about it the cowards way and having an op. Will join you in the virtual streets once that has taken place.0 -
well done on the continued weight loss. I think you will enjoy lobbing money snowballs about!
