    Hi Mr B
glad you are still with us. Boo to having to apply for your job again. I am sure you will pull it off with your usual aplomb.

8.2km (inside) and all the exercises done by 6am this morning - am starting to think the freak on the road was actually a disguised blessing - by taking baby steps back towards fitness I have more chance of it being longterm.

Today involves gas, bikes and possibly attacking the great walls of tubs which comprises half the contents of the shed. It's all very neatly stacked and ordered GARBAGE that has to be either sold, donated or binned. It has no place in my life nor my shed.

Didn't yesterdays plan involve gas? Is this the saga of the bottle which will not be returned or a by-product of your new knit-your-own-yogurt healthy living campaign ;)

Ha ha re AK. I have wondered the same thing. Wouldn't surprise me if I turned up as a ref. on some Psychology student's dissertation, entitled 'The Gullibility of the Internet Community'.

8.3km (indoors) and thankfully it's a rest day on both the Ab and Squat challenges. Which should give me precisely 15 minutes to myself before the lovely family bedlam ensues for another day. The Easter Bunny decided to forego the usual glut of unwanted eggs and get the kids new bikes yesterday - managed to knock a tenner off the already heavily discounted price of one as it was the last in stock / ex display model.

Fished an out washing rack out of the shed but have reached something of a block on the whole thing. I am scared to return the Calor Gas beast of a cylinder to B&Q as I worry it will explode in the car. And I need good weather and co-operative kids to get all the storage tubs out in the garden to be sorted. I think most of the stuff is going to be donated.

And the bellows from the offspring begin - hello Wednesday.

Can you not take in one tub at a time to the house, sort it and return none of it to the shed. And isn't that what Cbeebies is for - cooperative kids. Joking of course...
