What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Good luck today, although you probably won't see this now until the working day is over. So I hope you had a good day today

Every cloud and all that, but now that its started i am gonna keep it up, i am too ill to excercise but am gonna continue with the dieting.
Maybe you should allow a treat night - curry, wine, choc etc every half a stone you lose or every 20k you run or even just once every two months or summat. The phrase all work and and no play yada yada is very true for me and maybe it is for you and yours too?
