  • Have to agree about the international ebaying...I emptied my parents' loft of [STRIKE]carp[/STRIKE] treasure from my student days...The stuff that sold best was old Commodore Amiga stuff (games, mice, joysticks) which sold for a fortune, mainly to erm 'enthusiasts' in Argentina! Wierd :D

  • in a quest for spending less I have foraged in the kitchen cupboards for sustanence tonight having arrived home to a sleeping family and no dinner. So far I've found 3 slightly iffy sausage rolls and a 4pack of Stella. There also appears to be almost a pig's worth of bacon but cooking that will stink the house and wake up the sleepers. Guess I'll have to stick with the Stella.

Start of hols after a very busy term - got home and found email from D*minoes with a 25% off voucher code so we ordered and now waiting for delivery person to get lost en route. Paid with money in paypal account accumulated from recent stonking Eb*y sales ( less the amount kept in there to pay fees ;) ) and it feels like we are eating for free :rotfl:

I will wish you a Nadolig LLawen ( Merry Christmas) now Mr B as dont know if I will be on here much over the next week or so :rudolf:

  • With Stella and some gifted red wine in the fridge I could well have had a good night in, but, cos I am taking things seriously, I'm gonna have an early night, and then fit in a run sometime in the morning (not at stupid o'clock though) and get all the stats up to date and then the Bloater Christmas can begin.
