Go for it. Good luck with the OFSTED inspection. At least from special measures the only way is up or across isn't it?
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Well done so far Mr B, special measures = no fun, I am in awe of your cheerful daily musings despite the joys of Ofsod.Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly

Ah OFSTED! Just the thought of it fills me with fear and has me reaching for the wine glass. How many times have I said if they tell me Im rubbish Im out of the profession and on my way to outright allotment ownership? Hasn't happened yet in my 21 years of teaching so I'm hopeful to see at least £2 per year of my ever diminishing pension. Mr Slowdown is also a head in Inner London and 3 times our inspections have coincided. Can you imagine how many glasses, nay barrels, that took to get through?
All I can say is good luck and may all your judgements be at least satisfactory!
Kind regards
Slowdown:)0 -
Hope its going well MrB - having been through the grinder earlier in the year as a Governor (and I mean through the grinder - took me days to get over it and the lead inspector told us downright lies and a formal complaint was made to Ofsted!) I can more than sympathise. I've still got an inspection at the school I work at to look forward to sometime this year as well!
A bottle of vino is definatley in order.
BTW intersting download to Kindle - finished it last night0 -
