Small Boy but he's a bit scared of dogs.
I'll give it a cold hard look and then run like the clappers if it looks hungry. I don't think he's there...keep phoning the number but it repeatedly says he can't take the call and says it'll send him my number.
This guy was the bf of a tenant and did some work for me. They split up and he was homeless so on the 23rd of Dec 2010 I let him move in without a deposit so he didn't have to sleep in his car over Christmas. Well Bah Humbug to me he's never paid the rent on time and his arrears are now topping £5,000. He's mucked the Homeless Unit about and me and now it's time to go.
According to ex-gf he's moved out and has stiffed her for CSA for their two little ones. He is scummity scum scum and I will have my day in court :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
But back to doggie...maybe if I take a dental stick with me:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -

Moo - fab as always. I'll have a good breakfast at the local cafe and then head on with Scum Bag and doggie.
Beanie - Renting is a nightmare. He's lied and promised and forced me down every legal route. Homeless are now on my side. They say if he gets evicted it's all on his head and they won't help.
Assuming (please God) he's gone then I need to employ Sheriff Officers to trace him and serve a court order. Another few hundred quit for that lot. And if you listen to the likes of Shelter we landlords bully, harass and make it miserable for the puir wee souls. What a joke.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
It really amazes me how people dont pay for the single MOST important expense in their life. How is that even a consideration. I'd be terrified that someone would come over and chuck me out!
Good luck tomorrow

Ah Buffy, truth is that it takes months and if they run off to Homeless and Shelter they find loopholes to make the months stretch even further. Text book case means I can't get them out in under 4 months, one like this has taken since May/June time.
Average cost is about £2500. I have no problems with people having rights but they should also have responsibilities. That's why I like this forum the most...folks pay back debts and that's how it should be.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Been cowering under the duvet. Firstly because it's wild out and secondly because I'm a cowering coward and don't want to go visit this flat.
So if I write it here I'll shame myself into going.
Also need onions...what a fine excuse to go out into the Arctic wastes of Scotland.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
Ugh.
onions. and crappy tenants.
you could beat him with the oinions.
good luck and stay safe xxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
He wasn't there and through the letterbox i could see a pile of mail.
As I'd given him more than 48 hours notice I went to let myself in and that's when I found out he'd changed the locks :mad:
So empty, midden flat. Can't clean or relet. Need to speak to lawyers and sheriff officers...my Christmas spirit is non-existent. I hope he's savaged by a reindeer.
On plus side, his ex has given me his DOB and is looking out his NI number. Scumbag will be cornered and his nuts chewed off by a rabid elf :A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
